Twenty-five agents come with the system.

Not features you switch on. Named workers that run on their own schedule, do a real job, and bring the result to a person for approval.

Scouts find what is worth posting. Content leads write and build it. Everything lands in one queue, Quinn gates it, Piper publishes it, Sage measures what happened. No post reaches a customer without a person approving it.

Every post shown below was made by that agent and published to a real dealership's live accounts. The links go to the posts themselves.

Sofia, Head of Customer Care

Start with Sofia.

Turn her on and she answers your comments. Tonight.

Every other agent on this page makes something you have to approve. Sofia doesn't. She reads every public comment and mention across Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, and she answers them in your voice β€” warmly, specifically, and without ever quoting a price she wasn't given. She is the one agent you can switch on today and feel by tomorrow morning.

What she actually said

A shot at the brand.

YouTube

@timothybostic8151

β€œToo bad the John Deere equipment is not easy to work on anymore are cheap πŸ˜‚ if you can work on it at all”

Sofia β€” from the dealership

β€œWe're always happy to help you keep your equipment running β€” our parts and service team can help. Give us a call at (561) 363-5035.”

She doesn't argue. She opens a door.

A formal complaint, four days old.

Facebook

Javier Lopez, Life Lawn & Landscape

a multi-paragraph public letter about a commercial machine sitting in the shop roughly a month.

Sofia β€” from the dealership

β€œMr. Lopez β€” thank you for taking the time to write this out, and I'm sorry your equipment has been down this long. That is not the experience we want any customer to have, especially a commercial account that depends on that machine every day. I've passed your message along to our Naples management team. Please give us a call at (561) 363-5035 so we can get you a straight answer on your machine.”

The worst comment on the page, answered like a grown-up β€” and handed to a human the same hour.

A price objection.

Facebook

Gasper Marsela Doci

on a 1025R listed at $22,990

β€œHow come I pay $33,000 for the same machine”

Answered calmly, with no defence of the price and no numbers quoted β€” and flagged for a person, because he may be a past buyer who feels he overpaid.

A lead, caught at midnight.

Facebook

Arturo Oliva

on a 0% financing ad

β€œTake trade ins?”

Public reply at 00:08, then a private message asking what he's driving and what he wants β€” which lands in the CRM for the sales team. Nobody was awake.

What she won't do

She won't quote a price she wasn't given.

A draft that named a deal's terms was blocked automatically before it could post.

She won't take the bait.

Spam, harassment and slur-bait are skipped on purpose, each with a logged reason.

She won't guess.

Anything needing judgement is escalated to a person instead of answered.

She won't claim she replied.

Every reply is re-checked live on the platform afterwards to confirm it actually landed.

Sofia is one of twenty-five. She is just the one you'll notice first.

The gate and the last mile

Quinn, Editor-in-Chief

Quinn

Editor-in-Chief

Decides what ships. Every candidate goes through a hard go/no-go gate β€” is it true, is it a real machine, is it on brand β€” and anything uncertain is held for a person.

Daily, 10:00 AM

Quinn doesn't make posts. He decides which ones ship.

Piper, Publisher

Piper

Publisher

Every hour from 7 AM to 9 PM she drains the approved queue to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile for every location, and YouTube, then stamps the live link back on the card. Nothing posts that is not approved and dated.

Hourly, 7 AM – 9 PM

Piper doesn't make posts. She publishes the ones that were approved.

Measurement

Sage, Post-Performance Analyst

Sage

Post-Performance Analyst

Reads everything that went out, the agents' posts and your own team's, and writes a Monday report before the morning meeting: what worked, what didn't, and the best day and time slot per division. Read-only, never posts.

Mondays, 6:30 AM

Sage doesn't make posts. She reads the results and writes the Monday report.

The system also ships e-commerce, community and SEO agents; those are documented separately.

How they work,
and what they can't do.

Every agent starts in dry run.

It shows you what it would have done. You switch it on when you trust it.

Everything is logged.

Every action, by a person or an agent, is on the record with who, what and when.

Nothing publishes without a human.

Drafts queue for approval. The gate is a person.

You hold a standing veto.

On anything, at any time.
