See it run on your own workflows.
A walkthrough on the things you actually do all day — the parts counter, the service write-up, the month-end close. Tell us about your dealership and we will come to you.

Next up
Everglades Equipment Group goes live April 1.
Everglades has sold and serviced John Deere in Florida since 1963, family-owned the whole way. On April 1, 2027 the entire company runs on Dealer Native — parts, service, sales, accounting and HR together, from day one.
This is a planned cutover, not a pilot. Every department moves at the same time because the system was built to run a dealership as one business, rather than as separate departments bolted to each other.
Readiness is measured, not assumed. Every situation that comes up at the parts counter, on the drive and at the service write-up desk is written down, walked and signed off before the date — not discovered afterward.
How readiness is measured
Two hundred and eighty scenarios across the three departments, each one a real situation a dealership handles every day, each walked and signed off ahead of go-live.

Beyond the first installation
Everglades is the first dealership on Dealer Native. We are projecting a small number of additional installations through 2027, taken deliberately rather than quickly, so each one gets the same preparation this one is getting. These are projections rather than booked commitments.
